If you want somewhere to stay near the airport, this place works just fine. They have a free minibus service to and from the airport. If you're not interested in the airport, then maybe choose a more interesting location. Rooms were fine. We had quite a few ants in ours, but when in Thailand...

I stayed at Thong Ta because I had a flight the next day and it is located close to the airport and the hotel has frequent, free transportation to and from the airport. The hotel was very clean and spacious and the rooms were beautiful. The area around Thong Ta has a bunch of small Thai restaurants, food courts, and street food. Most importantly, on the street right behind Thong Ta is a restaurant called SPICY which has the BEST CHICKEN CASHEW I had during my whole stay in Thailand!!!

Perfect place for transit travellers. Easy to rich from airport or by car. Clean full equipped rooms, even swimminf pool. I`m planning to stop there again whie moving from north to south.

Thongta did not have any record of our reservation at all which is Hostelworlds fault, but luckily they still gave us a free transfer and a lovely room. The staff were really friendly and managed to find us last minute flights to Phuket which was a great help. We were only meant to stay there for 1 night but because they were so brilliant we ended up staying there for 3 and may even go back again in the near future.

boring... and farther from the airport than expected

We were in for a surprised upon arriving at the hotel, we thought it's just another budget hotel that we had been to in other countries. Though we were not able to explore all the areas of the hotel like the spa and pool, We think the place was/is nice and clean. Rooms are also spacious and staff are client friendly. The only glitch, some of the staff doesn't speak very good English that makes us impossible to ask directions on locations wed like to visit but all the same Nice!

Staff very nice and helpful. Promptly arrived at the airport to pick us up. Room was clean and well presented. Great street food just outside. Very happy with this place, ideal if you need somewhere to stay between flights.

The perfect place to stay if you are making a connection. Very good value and awesome staff.

Excellent location for a stop over in Bangkok. Airport transfer runs every 30 min 24hrs.

This is the perfect place to stay for a flight early morning or even just the next day with free airport transfers. the room was large and very clean. i would definately recommend.

Airport pickup and dropoff included. Staff was very efficient at check-in and the place was clean. The person who called me for my wake-up call was pretty rude, and called me 5 times even though I said I would make the 4am bus to the airport. They called me at 3:30am (as requested), then again at 3:50am, and finally at 3:57am. All 3 times the guy hung up on me after I told him I was coming. There's a 7-Eleven and a bar nearby. At night these are the only choices plus some food stalls.

The hotel is run very efficiently, the staff could be a little more friendly and helpful though. Instead of making us feel we should be happy to be allowed to stay with them I consider it a better policy for hotel staff to show their appreciation for choosing their location over others. Still, I'd definately go again. Great value for money.
