Excellent place to stay in Tokyo - very close to the train station and with great facilities (especially the Japanese bath). It could be explained a bit better on the homepage, that the curfew starting at 11pm is because the building belongs to the municipal government and must be closed due to security reasons (apparently this is explained in the Japanese description).

Should be made clearer that there is a strict curfew 11p-6am, can't come in or go out.

A nice hostel with a good location but it is not something for those that want to party since it has a curfew. The kitchen is quite small so if more than 2 people want to prepare something it will be crowded. The common areas is huge so you will defiantly have a place to sit. The showers are very good and the rooms have a really nice view over Tokyo.
