Shower room and toilet put together and that makes it dirty and difficult to use.The bed is very comfortable, and there is free wifi and breakfast which is the plus to the hostel....overall, I like Tree in Lodge!!

This is actually one of the best hostels i've stayed at, and it's one of the cheaper one in Singapore. The staff are wonderful, always open for a chat and happy to lend some advice. It's genuinely a green hostel, it's clean, great bathrooms and dorm rooms and has a chilled out common area with computers, guitar, kitchenette. And they are super helpful if you are arriving/leaving late, letting you use the facilities again before your flight after checkout.

The staff in Tree in Lodge is extremely kind, resourceful and helps you even with extra things. I like the lodge for the personal and homely atmosphere also among the guests, it has a feel of sharing the space like a communal live-in place. Even though I am of the older generation, but still a passionate traveller and young at heart, I would chose to stay there again instead of going for a little more comfort to a hotel room. The sleeping area is well airconditioned. It is clean and ecological.

This is a really nice hostel which is close to Bugis Junction. The echological attitude is really nice and the staff is really positive and helpful. They are trying to make your stay in Singapore better. Depositing Public transport card and offering good prices to the tours are really handy. The breakfast could be better but overall it feels good to stay in Tree in Lodge.

Friendly staff, nice communal area and lots of books to choose from. Would preferably want the WiFi to extend to the bedroom.

Probably the best hostel management and staff I have ever seen! Recommondations on where to eat, what to do, how to get there etc, these guys know their stuff. And they are very very nice as well! Great hostel, really. Only bummer was the windowless room we got but the bed is only for sleeping; common area is very nice. Thanks guys!

The rooms are generally clean. I switched rooms midway and found the room I moved to having an uneasy smell but it's no deal breaker. Personally, I don't like it when toilets get wet because of showers being in the same cubicle but it's something I can get over easily. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

It is a unique hostel which is focusing on being green and recycling. Staffs are friendly and helpful, they will recommend lots of activities if you did not know what to do in Singapore. The hostel lobby is somewhat small but has a warm feeling to it when people gather and sharing their stories. The location is very good and strategic. Will recommend this to anyone travels to Singapore.

This hostel was safe, clean, and centrally located. I was able to walk to many areas of interest in Singapore, and the staff was very helpful in directing me. It is a fairly small place but has a friendly atmosphere, and as a woman traveling alone, I appreciated the all female dorm. I really couldn't have been happier with my stay in the Tree In Lodge and would highly recommend it to others visiting Singapore.

Lovely place. Obviously it's more expensive than elsewhere in the region, but I think it's fantastic value for Singapore. All the facilities are there, clean, and work well. The location is perfect - very close to the center of town, but with little street noise. Best of all was the lovely staff, who really seem to care about providing an enjoyable experience for all of their guests.

The hostel is very nice, located close to the Bugis MRT which lets you come and go directly to the airport. If there is something negative regarding this place than the lack of proper sanitary facilities. Showers, besides one, are combined with the toilets, only one small washbasin.

Generally great, although the locks/lockers provided were fairly flimsy. Very limited cooking facilities.

Very close to Bugis MTR so easy transport. It's not all that central but everything reachable walking. There's one more small street than those showed on the map for finding it :) Very helpful staff with very nice recomendations for eating out and sightseeing. Nice ecological policies and also quite OK breakfast and drinks available. Big dorms and good shared facilites, all what a backpacker needs :) I'd go back no doubt.
