It was one of the best hostels I've stayed in. The atmosphere is great and is so easy to meet people. I really enjoyed all the activities they propose, quite innovative for a hostel to do... the canyoying is specially recommended. They offer you advice on where to visit and the tour guide James was hilarious.

An absolutely incredible hostel. The bathrooms were very clean, the staff was great, and happy hour was just awesome.

Great place to meet new people. Did not know anyone upon arrival and 6 hours later we were 14 people out on the town having a great time. The same thing happened the rest of my stay.

My friends and I all loved staying at this hostel. They offer so many activities to do every day, including a free walking tour. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have seen in a hostel so far. If you are staying in Nice, you must stay here!

The whole entire place was great from the reception, to the cafe, bar crawl and even the guided tour of old city. I initially reserved for one night but immediately knew I was going to extend to one more day. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on everything ranging money exchange and the best way to get to the airport. Tour guide james was awesome and funny. Thank you and keep up the great work for the rest of the travlers that visit!

Overall hostel is pretty good. The kitchen needs to be improved. Their other hostel has a kitchen that is light years ahead so if you like cooking, stay at the gardens hostel. I was a bit annoyed with the construction workers relentlessly working in the hostel. Bar is good.

Really sub-par. I got a terrible night's sleep and then almost missed my train because the staff that was there before 7:30 didn't even know how to check people out. Also, it's way overpriced. Don't stay here.

I loved Nice and I really enjoyed staying at Saint Exupery! It's a fairly big hostel but I was still able to feel like I was at home, I always saw people whom I recognized and could chat with, both guests and staff. The staff was really amazing, expecially Sarah and Christian who were super helpful and even when they were busy or dealing with difficult guests were able to help me out and recommended great places to go/things to do. I would never wanted to leave and would definitely be back!

There was no pillow cases on any of the beds in our dormitory. But i did not attempt to rectify the situation.

A good place to lay your head and relax. The movies in the common room were nice, and their breakfast is decent. The bathroom in our room got pretty filthy, so I recommend showering downstairs.

Perfect location, worth staying just for that. Helpful, friendly staff, great cafe/bar. Nice rooms, comfy beds and big common areas. Could use more separate bathrooms on each floor but was never a real problem. Great place to stay to explore Nice.

Wonderful central location, just across from Lafayette. I like their decoration on the wall---reproductions of famous paintings across time. And they played classical music during free breakfast, which was an enjoyment to me.

This was the perfect hostel. the security is really good, the staff were amazing, and the beds/ pillows were the most comfortable ones I've ever had in a hostel. it was extremely easy to meet people as a solo traveler thanks to the 1 Euro happy hour beers. it's also easy to walk to from the train and close to the beach and sights. I wish I could have stayed way longer. Nice was the best part of my trip so far and I give lots of credit to this hostel.

You can't fault the location! And the fact that it has a gym, free tea/coffee/hot chocolate/breakfast is a definite bonus, as well on the on-site cafe, which serves really yummy, really cheap meals at dinner. My room was clean, the bathrooms were all very clean (but often missing soap) and the renovations are looking modern. The staff are mostly very friendly, but I think the reception staff get a bit too stressed than what is necessary at times, it'd be nice if there were a bit happier!

The breakfast was really good with 12 different kind of cereals. The bar area was nice and the living room was amazing! So big and comfy and they had lots of movies loaded on the tv you could choose from to watch. The room was okay but the washroom was one room with 2 showers and an open toilet so really only one person could use it at a time and it wasn't kept very clean. Also the kitchen wasn't too goo for cooking in. But overall we enjoyed our stay

The hostel doesn't let you do your own laundry - you have to pay for their service. They lost a $150 hiking merino wool hiking fleece and refused to take any responsibility. I sent several emails after I left and it took almost three weeks to even get a reply, which told me tough luck. Also staff seem demoralised, with one guy telling me he had just quit and he hated working there completely unprompted. Also staff at check out time have no idea what they're doing. Stay somewhere else.

Staff was not helpful, and was actually rude to us. Poor value for price.

Staff is not that friendly and my room was dark and dingy with no windows. Great location though.
