Stayed here for two nights and had a blast! Location is great, people were fun, and happy hour was really inexpensive! The only complaint I had was that there was only one toilet for 16 people to share but since we were there so little it was not a huge deal.

The hostel was in a great location, easy to get to from the train station and close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful! There is free breakfast and a staff member who comes around to help you plan your travels and answer questions. Also a fun, lively bar for nighttime hangouts and new friends. Would recommend highly!

This was a great hostel to stay at and in a fantastic location too!! Only down fall is that there is no cooking facilities and breakfast is very basic (but better than nothing). Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again.

This was a pretty standard hostel. It had some cool stuff like a bar and a gym/sauna area. But we did pay close to 30 euros a night to sleep in a room with 17 other people which was kind of annoying. But other than that it was cool. Really continently located. Super informative staff.

Excellent hostel with tons of rooms, cheap food and drinks (happy hour every night 6-8pm). If you can book room 105 in the back it is separated from the rest and is a good one to stay in! This hostel doesn't have a fridge to hold any food but does have some cooking facilities. Very good location. They will tell you to go to Wayne's bar for discoing but there are tons of better ones around as well.

Staff were full of tips for things to do and the hostel was so close to the beach and old town! Will definitely stay there again if I have the chance!

Looks like a good place to stay if you want to live in dorms, but the privates are in a separate building which is still under renovation and there's dust and paint everywhere, which is an extremely unpleasant environment to sleep in, can't believe that they're hosing guests in this building. Staff is quite helpful when I let them know about this and are willing to help me switch to a dorm/ another room. Privates in hostels nearby for the same price are much better as we switched second day.

Mostly I enjoyed my stay. Location, atmosphere & facilities are just what the budget traveller needs. Despite this, some of the staff were rude & begrudgingly assisted with any queries. This reflects poorly on the name of the hostel & the staff members that were helpful & friendly. Just as an aside, the hostel bar could operate with more than one staff member. It was just too busy for one person alone which made for a long wait to be served.

Looking for a place to stay in Nice? Don't look any further. The Villa Saint Exupery Beach is a great hostel/ hotel. The setup is very professional . They have dormstyle rooms or private rooms, each one of them very clean and with their own bathrooms. The staff is also good and accomodating, espacially the blond girl from Slowakija ( forgot her name :-)) Also the location is great, very close to the beach and about a ten minutes walk to the station.

Location was good. Unfortunately that was the only good thing about this place. Staff was slow and inefficient. The check-in time was 2pm on their webpage but I waited for more than 2 hours and finally checked in at 4:30pm. The ceiling of the shower was covered by mold. Two girls of my dorm room requested to change room. And for my last morning, I woke up and found a guy slept in our room that night even though it was a female dorm. Some girl clearly brought this guy back. Felt upset and unsafe.

Great location close to everything and bus and tram stops. Able to walk to most places easily. The bar downstairs is pretty good and drinks are cheap. Also a room to sit with comfy couches TV etc. There wasn't enough lockers for everyone in the room and they were quite small - not big enough for suitcases or backpacks. The air conditioning didn't work and the room was uncomfortably hot during the night.

We were charged double than other people in our room. The staff were rude and surly. The bathroom was disgusting and had "saloon doors" in the showers. Privacy was non existent. I feel other rooms may have been better but ours was a nightmare. Great location but would never stay there again. Not worth it

Excellently located hostel, great breakfast, great bar with very decently priced alcohol compared with normal bars in France and even better during happy hour, fun nights and live music, lots of room in common areas including couches/TV/computers/tables and chairs. We really enjoyed staying at this hostel!

We had a great weekend stay at this hostel. There were cheap 1€ beers at happy hour and we'll priced food available in the evenings! Staff were very helpful at giving advice during our stay and the morning free breakfast was good and the location of the hostel is perfect with a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this hostel.

Don't be scared off by some of the sketchy reviews- we had a fantastic stay here! Everything was super clean (saw staff cleaning all the time), very comfortable beds, outlets at every bed, front desk very knowledgable about the area. They provided a nice map with things to do and everything was very close! Would love to stay again!

The location is great and the facilities are a lot better than the Villa Gardens. Although the view is not really good from the rooms compared to the Gardens. We had a double private room that was really big and in good conditions with and actual double bed, not like in the Gardens. The breakfast didn't work so well because they always seem to run out of bread, coffee, etc. Also they were doing some construction on the building and it smelled quite awful (like paint ) and was full of dust.
