James is the man. Wonderful tour guide, and he goes around each morning at breakfast to help you plan your day. BEWARE, you will extend your stay ;) Plan to stay at least 4 nights. Seriously, this place was wonderful and I can't wait to return.

Hands down best hostel I've ever stayed at! Particularly liked James the free walking your guide, could answer all questions and went the extra mile by helping us find accommodation in our next city. Already planning our Summer holiday there!

Excellent Hostel and will definitely be returning!!

I planned to stay for 2 nights and found myself constantly asking for another night. The location and facilities are really great and they´re even making improvements, but the staff are what make the place so fantastic. THEY´RE THE BEST! James gave the first TRULY FREE walking tour that I´ve seen, and it´s hilarious. I strongly considered going on the whole tour a second time. Kara and JeanYves at the front desk are super friendly and was always willing to help you figure out what to that day.

James delivering the Walking tour is the type of guy every hostel needs. He wants to make sure everyone gets as much out of Nice as possible for their money. Great breakfast and great bar to chill out or have cheap beer.

I think this hostel is one of the best I have ever stayed at. Great atmosphere, cheap drinks, food, free internet, cosy beds, great and helpful staff, free walking tour by JAMES who was so fabbo!!! He knew everything about the city and was such a lovely person too. He also took us on a pub crawl and was there each moring at the (FREE) breakfast to help us out with out daily plans or to offer advice on the best places to go. The staff were so frendly. There were no negatives at all. Vanessa

I loved how friendly and helpful the staff was. They were very attentive and answered any questions I had. They also had several activities to get the guests to interact and get to know each other. I had a great stay here. The facilities were clean and the food was good.

You never know exactly what you're booking when you do it online from a remote location. But, I was so pleased with your hostel. The staff couldn't have been any more wonderful, friendly, helpful and cheery. I found the cleanliness exceptional and the facilities more than adequate. The free computers were a wonderful addition. I took advantage of the free walking tour and was thoroughly pleased. I would absolutely recommend your place. If I make it back to France, I will be staying with you

The staff were great, the location was great, it was clean and there was free (good) wifi and breakfast . The hostel itself is quite secure (requiring keycard access) but in my 4 bed dorm, there were only 2 lockers. Nonetheless, had a great stay here.

The hostel was preatty nice but the staff was the better atributte in the hostel. I have to say that James was the best personal staff in all hostal: very kind and peaceful with our question and always asking if something miss us, TEN POINTS.

This was our first time in a hostel and our family really enjoyed the experience. We certainly were able to appreciate our own space after spending a few nights very closely together. Having our own bathroom was great and even though it was cleaned daily it did have a very distinctive smell at the end of the day. Will be great if and when they are renovated, and get rid of the carpet in the bedrooms.

This is a great hostel with really nice staff and a good atmosphere. The walking tour is one of the best I have been on and entertaining as well as informative. Really clean and bathrooms in the rooms so your only sharing with a few people so its not to bad in the mornings. The bar they have is also super cheap!!

good location. but really noise no individual bed light. so once other roommates coming, the bid room light will turn on.... it's really annoying when you are sleeping!!!

Great place to stay! The location is ideal, and the hostel itself was a great place to be. They had a free breakfast, plus you could buy dinner starting at 19:00 for a very reasonable price. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and was kept very clean. I would highly recommend staying here if you're heading to Nice.

No character, rooms were clean but very hot and no window in room except one that opened into the hallway. Decent stay, but wouldn't stay here again.

Although this hostel is located in a great area, fairly close to amenities I found it dirty. I'm not fussy about much when it comes to hostels but cleanness is something that matters. The bathroom in the room I stayed in was flithy and stunk! It wasn't a great experience on the whole and there was a mix up when I was checking out with the staff member telling me I hadn't paid! Thankfully I was only there for a night. For that price, I'm sure you can find something nicer.

Had a wonderful time here. Clean place, friendly staff, excellent facilities, wonderful free walking tour with Jamesh who.was wonderful, great location close to everything and so on. Great value for money. One is sutely.going to be surprised.at what u get for what you.pay. Highly recommended.

It's a good Hostel! Everything was ok!

Great located hostel. the staff is very kind, they help you in everything and offer you plans to visit the city and the places around. Rooms are good, clean enough except for one or two fleas:( They should change the carpet for normal floor, carpets are not very hygienic. Recommended 100%
