nice hostel with good location. Unfortunatly was noisy at night due to doors slapping and talking on the floor from other rooms. Rooms are not sound proof.

Hi, Thank you so much, you were very nice, warm, helpful. Thanks for my ticket train booking too... If I go back to Hangzhou I will go back to Wushanyi =) One of my roomate was not very friendly he red some books during a large part of the night with the light on, and an other one was a very good snorer. I was not very lucky but It's not your fault. I hope you enjoy your work. Nice to see you. Bye

Very helpful staff (good knowledge of English). We really enjoy our stay over there and we'll probably come back there if we go again to Hangzhou.

All around an excellent place to stay. Didn't have any problems, and they kept my reservation even though I was late!

Great place!! Only stay there for on night, but really impressd me. Location is nice, right on the old street which is very close to some old places like drum tower, besides, easy go to the west lake, no need to take buses, just walking is okay. Staff thers are very nice, always friendly and helpful.

Hostel was in a great location near the pedestrian street, and a comfortable walk from the lake area. Not near any good food though - you have a walk a bit, but that's okay. Breakfast would have been nice, since the only cafe is Costa Coffee down the road. The staff was a little rude when I arrived, and I had a wait a pretty long time to check in, which then only took 2 seconds. Hostel does NOT provide a city map that you can take away - so bring your own. Lobby area is nice, but can be loud.

Great location right off a main pedestrian street. 15 minute walk to the West Lake. The reception was helpful in answering any questions and was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Has a collection of maps and books in the lobby. Good value for the money. Would definitely return if in Hangzhou.

Private rooms look pretty small and old, but if you are travelling in winter it is your best choice because of their powerful ACs, it makes a room warm in a few seconds. Staff is very friendly, they will help you find your way around the city or just have a friendly chat for some time. The hostel is located on a walking street in the old city, at night when there isnt much to do its perfect to walk around the old city.

Nice hostel with great interior design. Pity there's no breakfast though and you need to go to another hostel to get it, and wi-fi didn't work on the 3rd floor. All the other things were fine.

Great location, right in the pedestrian area. Just step out the door and into a world of interesting wandering. The staff was friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have a restaurant or cafe right in the hostel. Their sister hostel, Hofang, just down the street did have a restaurant and they gave us a customer discount. I loved the red stairway, rich with funky ambiance. Be warned, there is a church next door which gave us bells and hymns before 7am Sunday morning.
