Nice & clean (we booked a double room and a female dorm) in the dorm there was a good shower with plenty of space, the locker had no key tho, maybe I should've asked for it, don't know. A small common area, good wifi connection, helpful staff and free coffee in the reception.

The mixed dorm rooms have one bathroom with a frosted glass door, so it's a little awkward showering. Common areas are not sufficient, so the hostel experience of meeting & chatting with other travellers is limited to your room. Otherwise, location is good & very clean and safe.

It would be nice if they made sure things were clean and some rooms looked like it has been some time ago that they repainted or refurbished... Depends which room you get to be able to enjoy the hostel. However, it is an excellent location for a holiday...

Although my tiny single room was good value for Hong Kong, I was totally disgusted that room had not been cleaned from previous guests.... How many? Hair on floor and clumps in shower and dirty marks on table and fridge filthy. Need I say more. I told at front desk but she doesn't know what cleaners do or not. The person who took me to the room which was in another bldg across the street was totally disinterested in doing so. She may have been. 'Cleaner'. Not much choice in busy HK

Nice and clean, friendly staff and easy to get in and out. Unfortunately the toilet backed up and wasn't able to be fixed in the short term. I would stay there again though.

I went there from the airport, it is quite accessible and I can easily find the hostel. After check-in, we are told that the room is on the next block, so we went to another block to our room. The room is cheap and very small, but the wifi is fast.

Great location as close to mtr and the goid bars in central are just a few stops away. Staff very good at giving info on whats good to see. Dorms clean and give a bit of privacy. Could do with a decent meeting room for travellers to meet each other thou.

The room was very nice, there were even curtains around every bed for added privacy.

My partner and I booked a double room and were put into a tiny room with bunk beds, he is over 6ft tall and the room and bed was only just as long as him. Room was clean and staff were really nice however room was directly onto the tiny common area and people being in their until the very early hours kept us awake which was unfortunate after our long journey. At the end of the day it was a clean bed for the night with free wi-fi and served it's purpose for a place for us to crash for the night.

There was a staff who just barged into our room unannounced then used our toilet. We requested for a trash can for the toilet, it wasn't provided. Also, I don't know if I should expect this, but our room was never cleaned at all during our entire stay. If cleaning is not part of the service, at least it should be handed to you clean. When we looked under the cabinet, it was so dirty, as in it looks like years' of dirt and dust.

The concierge was very helpful and sympathetic, but the cleaning staff... well, they did not installed the toillet paper, the floor was never clean and in some points dust seemed to be old.

I love staying in a female dorm and meet fellow travellers from all over the world. The room is not spacious but it's worthy

Have stayed at both yes inn locations (causeway bay and fortress hill), and thought the facilities at the causeway bay location were a little bit nicer, especially the bathrooms. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay, I like the location a lot and the staff were excellent and very friendly, going above and beyond what was required of them for their guests. Great value for money, would stay there again and recommend to anyone looking for a cheap place to stay in Hong Kong.
