4th time I stay here.... There is a reason for that of course

Not the right place if you're looking to socialize. BUT it's clean, an okay price for HK, and close to both a subway stop and airport express bus stop. I was here for a visa run and couldn't have asked for more.

Very clean place. Quiet too. Showers were more spacious than most.

Can't fault the place for the price. It's a place to put you head at night and that's all we needed it to be. If you are looking for more, I would recommend spending more money and going elsewhere. Found the building ok, the map provided has detailed directions.

Selling point is good location, near to fortress hill MTR station, night time less hustle. Can hear noices at night as shared bathroom is directly beside our room. Aircond made loud and consistent noice at night, disturbing sleep.

Stuffs are nice to tell me how to get there... Quiet in the room, but noisy outside on the street... overall, it's good.

Hi! Here are some kind suggestions for easy fixes: Make it easier to find! Pictures of outside, a map, better instructions on the website / confirmation mail would be a big help Bathroom could be cleaner, there were hairs all over the floor and sink. We experienced a lack of atmosphere, mainly because the staff did not informed nor triggered people to join organized activities. Because of this, there was little interaction with other guests, despite the organization of group activities.

The hostel is ideally located for the MTR and the airport bus. It is spread over several floors of an apartment block with no communal areas so it's had to meet people and you never see the staff unless you head to reception on a different floor. I booked an 8 bed dorm and there were 9 in my room! It was a very cramped room with no storage space and the air con leaked over 2 of the beds. They also have long term residents which makes it harder to meet other travellers.

Great bargain for the expensive HK. Convinient location. 2 mins away fr MTR station. Clean bathrooms. Curtains around bed (plus for me) Comfy beds. Only minus for me is that there is never a clean cup for the water provided. 3rd time I come back to this hostel and will back for sure in the future

Good cheap accomm. No communal area to speak of so socializing with other Travellers not a happening thing. Other then that was as expected. As another review suggested the addition of towels would be useful.

We are a couple, so we had booked a double bed with an ensuite, but we're given a room with three single beds. The air conditioner didn't work well so it was very hot, we didn't sleep very well. Considering how much we paid, the room should have included towels. The room is five floors below the hostel foyer (the hostel is situated in an apartment building) and we arrived at midnight, so we had no energy to go up the lift again to ask for towels.

Cramped; pathetically small, windowless common area; the night/morning staffer went the extra mile to be helpful but the day staffer was a ninja of sullen indifference.

The hostel rooms are nice and clean so it is a comfortable stay but the rooms are quite spaced out and there isn't really any common space so socialising is hard. It was quite hard to find as there are no signs and it is just in an apartment block. That said, it is close to the MTR and bus services which makes getting around easy, plenty of food options around and the wifi was good. We also got a free upgrade from the helpful staff which was a big plus. Would stay again for short layovers.

An excellent, tidy place for a cheap stay, just don't count on running into other travellers unless they happen to be in your room as there wasn't a common area that I could find. Still, for a decent budget stay, I would recommend!

It is real value for money the staff at the reception and also the other staff are really helpful. The level of cleanliness is something which any three star hotel can take a lesson from . Overall a stress free experience and was very happy with the safety aspect .
