bigger than other family-stylish hotel. The one at Causeway Bay is better. Causeway is a excellent place for shopping, eating and playing. So I recommend the Causeway Bay Yes inn.

Close to Fortress Hill me station, lots of restaurants and other forms of transport. The hostel itself was a bit cramped but very clean. The staff were friendly but not always able to answer questions. Definitely very good value for money.

Nice place to stay a couple of nights, the rooms are small (if not tiny) but the location is really convenient, next to the subway station and the staff is nice and and more than willing to help with anything

The staff at the moment was very unfriendly and always complaining against the manager of the hostel for the lower than expected quality of the facilities. The hostel does not have a character or atmosphere, just provides rooms or "matchboxes" In addition, there is no information whatsoever that the rooms are spread around different buildings, even in different locations, some of them in Fortress Hill and other in Causeway Bay. I will not return to this place again.

We booked in for the Fortress Hill hostel but on arrival they said they were full and moved us to their Causeway Bay hostel, which as first timers tom Hong Kong was actually a better location for us. Rooms were clean but small. The location is great though and you'd probably struggle to find something as cheap in the same area.

Very nice and clean. The staff could be a little more friendly and helpful, but this is definitely one of the better ones in HK.

On the whole YesInn is a good place to crash. The room was small and in a different building to the main hostel with a number of other rooms, but it was clean and safe and did the job. No complaints from us although it may be a bit lonely for a solo traveller as there was no common area, at least in our building.

I only stayed here briefly, but I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and happy to recommend good places to go. The room was small, but clean and had everything I needed. If you are used to slightly smaller surroundings it is quite cozy. I am six feet tall and got along just fine.

I enjoyed my stay at Yesinn @Fortress Hill. There is curtains around the beds in dorms which gives you privacy, the dorm and hostel overall was clean, there was internet and computers, drinking water for free, you got a locker where you can keep your stuff. It's easy to come to the hostel from the airport with the bus and there is also metro stop near and other public transport options. I think it's value for money.

Okey. The bed was to short for me and I'm just 1,80. Hot water and hair dryer in the hallway.

Once we eventually got to our room, everything was great, but travellers should be told that check in is at a different location to where your room will be, and the directions to check in should be clearer at the end.

While we are a family of 4, we have to pay for two rooms if staying in a hotel in HK. Hence the cost for Yesinn for a 4 person ensuit is relatively cheaper. However, one need to aware of the possibility of unavailability of the room when check in or some mistakes made by the staff that you have to move from room to room. Moreover, the deposit was paid in USD instead of HKD even though my credit card is an international card and I am a Hong Kong resident i.e. I need to pay more than stated.

The rooms should be higher. Maybe the same floor with registration floor like 15 floor. As it is too noisy. Cannot even sleep in the morning. In term of security they done a good job but the room also need to clean up properly. Please get a proper shoe rack. Do not allowed shoe to bring in to the room. as dirt also can be harzard.

This is the best price-location-comfort you'll find in Hong Kong. If you don't mind sleeping right next to another person only separated by a thin wooden plank, then that's the ideal place for you. Many shops and restaurants nearby too and easy transportation too.

Very good location. Not touristic, only local people around. My single room was located in one of HK mansions inhabited mostly by natives. A bit noisy, but it's Asia :) Very good place to dive into HK life and taste this wonderful city.

There was better protection for the wifi than there was for the building. The people at the front desk were not approachable and seemed angry my whole stay there.
