It would be great to have a small dining table where people can eat/drink.

everything was very good, and i'm very satisfied with the staff there. maybe the only problem is high level of humidity in the rooms..

Great Hostel. There was not much of a common area, but it was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. The staff was friendly and the price was very good:)

The staff at the reception are nice and friendly. The private rooms are quite big considering the size in Hong Kong. I also like the fact that there's a bathroom for every room, even if it's a dorm. The location is also nice since there are no creepy people around to make you want to go to their hostels (which happens a lot on Nathan Road).

I would like to have the bed made everyday but that couldn't be done. Yesinn is generally clean and neat which I like. The location is fantastic, near the local markets yet not far away from the central business district. They can do better with security though. felt like anyone could come in and out of the lobby/lounge area. There was a temporary stop of water supply to the building during my stay and the staff were not aware. guests had no water to clean up in the morning, quite disappointing.

It's Hong Kong so don't expect big rooms. Shower drain started it's "bulb, bulb" sound every night and whole room stinked like sewer. Othervwise, location is good, just near Fortress Hill mrt station and security is excellent. I would go there again.

Atmosphere and all was good, but i got bedbugs. I noticed it because of the smell and got bites on the last day. Recognized it was bedbugs because of the bite pattern (three in a row) and my whole leg was full of bites. Told staff and next guest the next day but the staff said its an allergic reaction. Watch first room in 15c. Had to clean all my clothes and baggage. Be aware of the smell, and you will notice. staff contact me: 13120938349

Great value for the money. In Hong Kong, budget hostels frequently mean dirty and roach infested, but the Yes Inn is clean, safe, friendly, and the beds are actually comfortable.

this is very horrible for me, I came on April 29 and there is no room for us (2 person). I booked for 2 people, and the customer service told us that there is no room together for us. so he gave us the solution with sleep in separate room.. this is very bad bad bad bad seriously!

Nice and clean, I've stayed here several times in both female dorms and a private room. Helpful staff, thank you so much.

My first time in this sort of inn, but it's surprisingly well-managed for a small scale organisation. Area is a bit small.

On our first night, we found the floor & bed sheets with bits of sand, hair, & the shower broken. We reported this to the Chinese receptionist who displayed a lack of empathy & simply said we’ll be moved to the next room for a night. To make matters worse, she said we shld get moving as she knocks off at 10pm. We were also shortchanged of HK$4 when paying for the rm. It was a small amt & I chose not to raise it, but it would be better if she explained why the hostel doesn’t return small change.

This is a great place to stay in Hong Kong. They have a microwave, free water and ref for guests. We stayed there for 4 days and we did have a great time. The staffs are very friendly and willing to help every guests with their needs. Another plus is the price; it is affordable but dont expect the rooms to be very big. Overall, I definitely recommend Yesinn at Fortress Hill.
