I missed my flight to HK from SFO, and the hostel was able to cancel without panelties without hassle. Will definitely try to go if I plan a trip to HK again!

About the leave luggages after check out???? I don't know what else to do. It seem to no one at the counter (my room at 10 fl.) Anyway a half on my mistake that not asked the cleaning lady when return key (at 6 fl.)

The facilities we needed like hair dryer, iron and etc are all readied at the common area. Space was not that bad, considered spacious with the price. Been to a hote at HK where the space was worse. This is a nice place.

This guesthouse is located in good location, just a few walk from Tsim Sha Tsui station (Exit D1). The owner is very friendly and support us. The room is also clean, the house keeper come to clean everyday. The price of the room is also reasonable, not expensive to be in this area. If you look for the good location which is easy to walk to other area, Yiu Fai Guest House would be the great choice for you. :)

Excellent location right in the heart of Kowloon. Very hard beds but still managed to sleep! Great for those on a budget and staff speak English plus let you leave your bags on day of check out if you have time to kill before your flight. Also, much better than the Chungking mansion down the road.

We were booked in Yiu Fai Guest House but were accommodated in Hao Inn (5th floor) though our 5 nights stay in Hao Inn was pleasant. The staff were very helpful. The woman at the reception does not speak English but she was very accommodating. The young guy on night duty speaks good English. He showed us directions to Disneyland and Macau Ferry and since we had an early flight out of Hongkong, he suggested to take the N21 bus(HKD23) instead of A21 (HKD33).Location wise, the hotel is perfect.

Great location and value for Hong Kong accommodation but at the same time probably the worst place I've stayedin this price range.

We've been at Yiu Fai for the second time now. The upsides remain the same: The place is clean and relatively quiet, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable (although not all speak English that well), and the location is just about as perfect as it gets. However, this time we received a room on the 10th floor, which had one major downside: the bed. Way too narrow for two adults and the mattress way too hard, so that we ended up finding sleep only in minute-stints and ended up with aching backs.

not good not bad valuable for money. good location. room was tiny, noisy because of constructing sound by upstairs. drilling gammering kills me slghtly. also tiny bathroom for 7rooms. but not a big problem. And I never saw staff after check in.

Tiny place. Felt like bed bugs were everywhere. Shower and sink and toilet in one 4x4 room. No communal room. Very plain and boring. Such a cramped plaHce but so is EVERY place in Hong Kong

The hostel was fine, clean, good location and not noisy- quite light in the bedroom though. The room was adequate but with no character as it was a small rectangular room. No chance to meet other residents as very small. Ok for short stop.
