Couldn't check in at our arrival time of 7am, had to wait til 2 - 8 hours! The bunk beds had no bars, 1 ladder between 3 & had to make the beds ourselves. Staff were rude & unhelpful - my friend's phone was stolen from the room & she had to look through dirty sheets & they protested about us using their phone as "it's expensive". Had to pay for net - no free wi-fi Security poor - broken lockers When we asked to upgrade our room to a triple, it ended up costing 90 euros - ridiculous for 1 night!

As some people have mentioned, wi-fi is very spotty and there were about 100 elementry school kids staying at the hostel the second night we were there as part of some camp...thankfully we were able to avoid being around when they were in the common areas, but during those times it felt like the hostel was more of a camp for kiddies than a cool youth hostel. Staff was also not very friendly...which is unfortunately too common at a lot of hostels.

There seems not always to be hot water, especially when you want to take a shower, it is indeed annoying...

The showers were freezing 2 out of the 3 days I was there. Otherwise, great location and good value for money.

Cleaning the hostels bathrooms would be a start No hostel activities High price for using hostel computers poor breakfast with limit no real pub/bar seting and therefore low and non existing activity One positive thing there was a supermarked close by But will defiently not stay there again other hostels in Bruxelles have greater standards.

Please note that this hostel has an maximum age of 35. We didn't but the staff was kind enough to let us stay anyway thanks to a late arrival in a cold and rainy evening. It is within walking distance from Central station, but only with backpacks. Nice sheets but blankets are a bit dirty. สำหรัà¸sห้à¸à¸ : เตียà¸à¹fà¸S้à¹"à¸"้à¹à¸•à¹^à¸"ูà¹"มà¹^à¸"à¹^à¸à¸¢à¹à¸'à¹à¸à¹à¸£à¸ à¹'à¸"ยเฉà¸zาะเตียà¸à¸sน ห้à¸à¸à¹fà¸S้à¹"à¸"้à¹à¸•à¹^à¹"มà¹^à¸

Typical dorm room. The cover is a little old. Toilet and room are clean. Good point is they have map with tourist location, walking time for those who want to walk around the city, cheap market... Breakfast serve from 7h30-9h, a bit early, with toast, butter, corn flake, milk, coffee, tea, juice, nothing much but still good for young ppl, with small budget. Good place to met ppl. They had bar and billard table. Just a but far from the city center.

Really good hostel, near the central Bruxelle (the perfect time to walk from the Delirium to sober up a bit). Nice bar in the entrance. Only thing is that the breakfast is stops at 9, so not really a good hour to wake ub in Belgium. Every thing else was great.

The directions given on the hostelworld website are terrible - spent forever looking for this place!! A pretty average hostel for the price in Brussels

Overall I think it's an average hostel. I noticed that the free wifi didn't really work anywhere. On one night I have to change room, but there was no blanket, the only thing you get to cover yourself at night, in the room, and the not so friendly staff didn't want to help me with it, but just told me to turn up the heating.

Nothing special about this hostel... Not the best location, not clean and information is not correct - they don\'t have free Internet accesses, you have to pay for it. The WiFi signal is very poor. Also you can\'t drink your own beer in the hostel and the bar opens only at 5 pm, it\'s a boring place. But, I liked the breakfast.

It would be nice if simple breakfast is inculde in the price. Also, it would even better if the wifi works in the room.

Pretty great hostel, huge breakfast and very good facilities. Also clean. I have no complaints from the staff. There is only a small problem with the location because its close to Botanique metro station which is not a very convenient station but Brussels metro is very fast so you dont really lose time getting there..

The wifi did not work well at all! It didn't reach the room and it kept going in and out in the lobby.
