Interacted with two staff members on our stay - one was incredibly helpful and nice, while the other was annoyingly petulant and negative. The way the hostel is split into two buildings on each side of the street makes trips to the front desk inconvenient if you are in the secondary building. The hostel rooms themselves are very nice. we had a three bed room to ourselves and it was better than most I've had in europe.

Nice place. Staffs were very helpful, and kitchen was especially nice and clean.

Nothing special, like a hotel, good solution for a couple of nights in Bruxelles.
