Herbal Tea Homestay is a beautiful, friendly, family run business. It is in a fantastic location situated right between the famous Hoi An Ancient Town and Cua Dai Beach, in the quiet village of Cam Thanh. Both locations are only a short 10-minute bicycle ride away and with free bicycle rental, which couldn't be easier. The property also offers motorbike rental, inhouse cooking classes, tour advice/booking and the staff are happy to help with absolutely anything you need.

Herbal Tea Homestay has 12 lovely, comfortable rooms finished to a high standard. Make yourself at home in one of the air-conditioned rooms featuring flat screen TV, fridge and daily maid service. Free Wi-Fi is available to keep you connected. Modern bathrooms with showers boast complimentary slippers and toiletries.

Hidden away at the back of Herbal Tea Homestay is a large, outdoor swimming pool with sun beds for you to relax and unwind.

There is an onsite restaurant serving an exceptional breakfast with a wide range of choices, and you will not go hungry.

Started with them not having record of our booking, rectified quickly however and with a complimentary banh mi(!). Husband and wife team were so lovely, looking after my friend when he was sick and ensuring we had a good stay. Sadly pictures of the property need updating and are no longer accurate, particularly of the pool area. Room was good size and great that bikes are free to use. Overall everything was rather disorganised but can’t fault the amazing hospitality

We absolutely loved our time at Herbal Tea homestay. We arrived at around 5am after getting a night bus and, even though check in wasn’t until 2pm , the staff made us coffee, breakfast and got our room ready super quickly so that we could relax. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable and the pool is stunning to cool off in. All of the staff were extremely attentive and helped us with recommendations of what to do in the area. The free bike hire was also great as we could cycle to town.
