Dao Tien Homestay is a beautiful, friendly, family-run business. It is in a fantastic location situated right between the famous Hoi An Ancient Town and An Bang Beach. It is only 700 meters to the Japanese Bridge and 2.5km to An Bang Beach. The property also offers motorbike rental, in-house cooking classes and tour advice/booking. The staff here are happy to help with absolutely anything you need.

1. Check-in time: 14:00pm to 21:00pm
2. Check-out time: 07:00am to 11:00am
3. Cancellation policy: 3 days advance notice for free cancellation
- In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
4. Payment:
(1) Cash or Credit Card upon checking in
(2) Extra bank fee applied if pay with credit card
5. Taxes:not included
6. Breakfast: not included
7. Curfew: Guests must be quiet between 22:00pm and 00:00am
8. Lockout: Doors are locked from 23:00pm to 05:00am, but it has the ring bell
9. No smoking in rooms, but designated area is provided
10. Child policy and Extra bed:
(1) Children of any age are welcome
(2) Children 6 and above are considered adults at this property
(3) Cots and extra beds are not available at this property
11. Pets are not allowed
12. Reception working hours: between 07:00am and 21:00pm
