Charming Homestay

Charming Homestay is right between the old town and the Cua Dai beach -2km away from each, which takes only 10 minutes by bicycles or 5 minutes by taxi. It is very easy to discover many attraction places of Hoi An by our free bicycles.

Ideally situated in a great location which is only 2 km from Hoi An center and 2 km from Cua Dai beach, with nicely decorated rooms made from natural local materials and beautiful garden in the area of 500 square meters, our house is the best place in Hoi An for those who would like to enjoy a comfortable stay in a cozy homey atmosphere.

There are six charming rooms in our house, one room is for us and the other five rooms are for our guests who would like to experience the daily life of the local charming people.

For many years, we know first-hand the joys and challenges of navigating a new culture, making friends and learning a language. We look forward to helping you with your transition to Vietnam, starting with feeling “right at home” with a terrific host family. Welcome to our house. We can hardly wait to meet you!

SPECIAL PROMOTION:
STAY WITH US FOR MINIMUM 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS you will be offered one free morning cycling to the rice field and market visit with me. It would be a great experience for you to see the beautiful rice paddy and see more of the real local life and culture.

4).We welcome all guests. The house is mainly non smoking so in case you would like to smoke please sit in the balcony or terrace.

6).Children and extra bed policy:
-FREE! One child under 6 years stay free of charge in existing bed(s)
-Extra bed is charged at VND 360.000(~ USD14) per night . Extra bed is only applicable with Charming Deluxe. The maximum number of extra bed in a room is 1.
7)Breakfast is not included and available at a surcharge to be paid at property.
