Welcome to my panoramic guesthouse in the center of Sofia! You have at your disposition one nice private room of seven, kitchen, four toilets and three separate showers.

The guesthouse is composed with 7 private rooms. It's located at the 7 th floor of a big building. The location is next to the center and it has an amazing view of the city center. There is a long balcony all around.
If you like the cleaning places and you want to have an incredible view of Sofia this is the right place. The location is between the bus, the train station and the center. In front of the building there is a beautiful park, and there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

There is a kitchen full equipped, a living room with a TV with international channels. There are 4 common toilets with sink and 3 showers. The apartment is very clean!
There is a long panoramic balcony all around the apartment. Every room except for the small one has direct access to the balcony.
From here you have one of the best view of Sofia!
In the common areas there are some security cameras.

You can access to the kitchen, to the living room, to every toilet and shower and to the whole balcony.

Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash, Revolut or PayPal.

Taxes included.
Breakfast not included.

General:
No Reception. Please inform your arrival time.

Be advised, the lift is working only till the 5 th floor, then you have to take the stairs for two floors. Please let me know if you need help with your luggage.
Inside the apartment it's forbidden to smoke. It's possible only on the balcony.
It's forbidden to take inside other people in the apartment.
To park in front of the building is a pay zone.
There is a free parking 200 meters far after the Park in front of the train station.
There is a security camera before the apartment door. There are 3 security cameras in the common areas inside the apartment. One is located after the entrance, one is located at the end of the corridor and one in the living room. The cameras for security reasons currently are working.
