The 2 and 3 persons apartment is located outside the Guesthouse /about 3-4 mins walking distance/ and are usually offered as 'Deluxe 2 or 3 Beds Room'

* In case of no-show or cancellation you will be charged the full reservation amount as a non-refundable reservation
* All payments inc. reservation, are in cash on arrival: Euro or Bulgarian Leva on rate 1.00 Euro 2.00 Bulgarian Leva, along with credit and debit card methods.
* We have fully refundable Key & Room damage deposit: 15Euro or 30BGN per room.
* Air Conditioning is available in limited number of ensuite rooms only and controlled by management by guest request
* The 'Green Zone' parking area in front of the house is free of charge between 20:00 to 8:30h, and payable during the day with SMS from Bulgarian mobile number, check also the payable parking lot located in close distance /50m/
* Check-in start 14:00h, earlier time is possible - after 12:00 if we have free rooms, reception working until 19:00h. Inform us ASAP if you're coming outside/after this time period to confirm the accommodation possibility. We could accommodate you after 19:30 on extra fee of 3.00Euro per hour
* Check-out is until 11:00h, with possible later time on request
