They don't have a lot of the stuff they claim to offer. For instance, it says 24 reception but they were closed when I tried to check-in at 10pm. I had to repeatedly call them to wake someone up to let me in. They also say they accept debit and credit card, they do not. It's cash only. Maybe this is nitpicking but most hostels I go to, they immediately show me where to get clean drinking water. This hostel didn't give me a bottle or show me where I can get water, I left thirsty.
