The Struy guest house is a comfortable well located place which provides superior budget accommodation in Inverness. Its on the A82 en route to loch ness.
We have 8 private rooms with one twin / family en suite,
one standard twin room with shared bathroom facilities .
4 x family rooms which has a double bed and a single bed in them with shared bathroom facilities.
Also a private double room in a chalet building with its own toilet but shared shower facilities in the main building.
lastly 1 bedroom fully private apartments with its own kitchen/ lounge, bathroom and bedrooms.
All our main rooms have wash hand basins. The house has central heating and is double glazed.
We can also change configurations and prices for rooms to suit as we are flexible to guests needs so e mail or call for details once you have booked
There is also private secure off road parking. There is free WIFI throughout the property. hair dryer and ironing facilities also available on request

The guest house is located around a 15 to 20 min walk from the city center and is near the aqua dome and sports center. The famous Eden Court Theatre and the northern meeting park where music concerts are held are only a 5 to 10 min walk away. There is also the bught leisure park and the beautiful caledonian canal is nearby. We are on the road out from Inverness towards loch ness and the beautiful great glen way.
We are very busy for the loch ness marathon and the Etap

We don't do breakfast as we have a communal kitchen / dinning room which has full kitchen access

Towels are also available at an extra charge of 1 pounds for the hire per towel.

Struy guest house accepts credit or debit card and payment on arrival, but there is a 3% transaction fee.
Card transactions are done through our mobile terminal so transaction may be done over the phone.

Check in times by arrangement or from 3pm to 11pm.
later check ins are acceptable but are subject to a extra charge of £5 every hour after 11pm.

We manage to keep our prices competitive as we don't have staff on duty 24/7 and so we pass these savings on to our guests so a self service check in system is adopted when staff are not available to check you in. A mobile phone would be helpful so that you can call us and we can give you information of how to check in when you arrive at the property.

You may cancel your booking up to 48hrs hours before arrival. Less than 48hrs notice the first night will be charged.

If card is declined then the booking may be charged with out any refunds
