The 2 and 3 persons apartment is located outside the Guesthouse /about 3-4 mins walking distance/ and are usually offered as 'Deluxe 2 or 3 Beds Room'

!!! Important: Kindly inform us of your arrival time in advance via phone call, WhatsApp, or Viber so we can arrange your check-in accordingly
* In case of no-show or cancellation you will be charged the full reservation amount as a non-refundable reservation
* All payments inc. reservation, could be in cash on arrival in Euro, along with credit and debit card methods.
* We have fully refundable Key & Room damage deposit: € 25 per room which will be pre-authorized from your card.
* Air Conditioning is available in limited number of ensuite rooms. All they are controlled remotely by the staff - please text us with Temperature requests.
* The 'Green Zone' parking area in front of the house is free of charge between 20:00 to 8:30h and Sunday, and payable during the day with SMS from Bulgarian mobile number, check also the payable parking lot located in close distance /50 -150m/
* On check-out you need to leave the smart cards/keys inside your room on the bedside cabinet or hanger and close your bedroom door behind you
* Check-in start 14:00h, earlier time is possible - after 12:00 if we have free rooms, reception working until 19:00h. Inform us ASAP if you're coming outside/after this time period to confirm the accommodation possibility. We could accommodate you after 19:30 on extra fee of 5.00Euro or higher
* Check-out is until 11:00h, with possible later time on request
