St Christopher's Shepherd's Bush

I liked the hostel, as an unit. Bill was really pleasant and well-mannered. There were two other helpers, however, that were rude and extremely demeanor of us. And I noticed that it wasn't with only me. I couldn't book a female room, and the first room I got was with 5 male - one who was an actual creepy and got me nauseated. I, as a woman, tried getting another room that would make me feel secure. A guy allowed me to do so, but he reinforced a few times that it isn't as common to do so... But now, would you let a woman feel unsafe? There was a guy who actually came on to me on another room and I felt extremely helpless, cus I knew they wouldn't change rooms again (They changed me once, out of a favor, like stated, and I had two other rooms booked already). Anyways. I feel like, if you're a woman, try booking a female room. If not, find another hostel. They were helpful with me cus I overbooked, and I'm thankful for that, but otherwise... I dunno. And the mozzarella pizza has a really naughty cheese, you guys. Haha However the cleanliness was perfect. Much noise, but it's a bar, so it's quite normal and you can't be offended on that. They try really hard to get everybody engaged with a few activities here and then, thats quite nice. The cushion is a bit hard, tho, might depend on your weight, I think.

It was awkward to share a bedroom with people that actually lives there. The bathroom is kind of uncomfortable, too small. But very clean. Also, 3 times I asked for a glass ou plate and they gave me dirty ones. Asking again, they corrected it, but it is not cool to have the necessity to pay attention about this. I was hoping the atmosphere were something related to London, but everything was about US, it was quite different from what I've imagined. Staff was very gentle though.
