St Christopher's Shepherds Bush wordt door Hostelworld-gebruikers zeer geprezen vanwege het vriendelijke personeel dat persoonlijke aandacht aan de gasten schenkt en zo een "goede sfeer" creëert. Gasten hebben ook gezegd dat ze de "echt grote" gemeenschappelijke ruimte met een tv en een tafeltennistafel, de 24-uursbar en de drankspecials in de bar beneden waarderen, die door één gebruiker als "perfect als je een beperkt budget hebt". We vinden het leuk dat dit hostel aan de overkant van de Central Line bij het metrostation Shepherds Bush ligt, met directe verbindingen naar Marble Arch en Oxford Street.
