*Cancellation Policy:*
Please cancel at least 48 hours before your arrival to avoid any charges. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge for the first night of your stay.

*Check-In / Check-Out:*
- *Check-in:** From 15:00 to 22:00 (If you arrival is after 22:00 just get in contact with us to get all the information needed)
- *Check-out:** Before 12:00

*Reception Hours:*
08:00 to 23:00

*Age Policy:*
Guests must be 18 years or older to stay with us.

*Payment Methods:*
We accept cash or credit card payments upon arrival. Please note, a 3% fee will apply for credit card payments.

*High Season*
Payment for the first night is required directly to the hostel.
