Cancellation Policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Not a good experience for me. I called ahead of time and asked if it was OK for a late check-in due to late flight, and staff said it was OK. They expressed that there would be someone present all night long. When I got there at 1 A.M., no one answered, and I was left on the street with all my things. Ended up having to sleep on a hotel lobby couch in order to not pay a ridiculous price of the hotels nearby. I did not have a positive experience. Luckily, it was in a good neighborhood.

Very nice lady hosting guests, she gave me breakfast but only because she didn't have change for my cash :/ there was super loud music/TV playing until midnight. Fine for just one night going to/from the airport but wouldn't stay there longer.

I would not stay in the private twin room, there is no space to put your bag or even change, it's just a door that opens onto a bed, no air con, very basic. I had so much luggage and needed to sleep with it on the bed, so glad the girlfriend was at home this time as she would have hated it lol. Much better off in the shared dorm room where there is actual space to breathe. I asked to stay in the dorm instead and they said I could put they'd still charge me the same lol..
