And yes, we’re in a beautiful, classic Amsterdam building. That means narrow staircases, lots of character… and no elevator. So be ready for a bit of a climb but don’t worry, we’re always happy to help with your luggage when you arrive!

CANCELLATION POLICY
This property has a 2-day cancellation policy.
Failure to cancel in time will result in a charge equal to the first night of your stay.

Non-refundable rates: If your booking is non-refundable, you will still be charged in full in the event of a cancellation or no-show.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

SEVEN DAY LIMIT
To keep things fresh, we have a 7-day stay limit per guest—whether in one reservation or across multiple bookings.

AGE LIMIT
We have an age limit of 18 – 40 years old. If you’re outside of this range at check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund and apply the cancellation fee.

A different policy applies to confirm bookings over 300 euros
To confirm your booking, you will need to provide 30% of the total amount in advance. Payment can be through credit card. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received. Should it not be possible to collect the 30% payment, we will send an email provided for booking to request an alternate valid payment method. Failure to respond to this email within 24 hours (or the time you normally give before cancelling) will result in cancellation of your booking. The deposit is totally refundable if any modification or a cancellation is done at least 2 weeks before the arrival date.
