The Elephant Hostel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy for Fully Flexible Rate: 2 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
Non-refundable: Payment has to be done upon reservation is made and it is not refundable in any circumstances.

Please note that we do not offer a pay-on-arrival option. Reservations are charged prior to arrival according to our payment policy, including reservations with free cancellation. In case of Free cancellation we will refund the amount charged.

I would 100% recommend this place!! The dorms feel very private and the place is very clean. I got there on my birthday and the staff had arranged with my parents to have balloons and cake on my bed when I got there. It felt like a little piece of home. The staff is absolutely amazing (special shout out to Emmanuella for the birthday gift)! If you are solo travelling as a young female this is a very safe place!

very helpful and welcoming staff. I think the curtain and bed structure is a huge plus, gives you a lot of privacy. great area, not too far not too close (no street noise). the motion sensor light can sometimes be annoying but you do have the great curtain to block out the light. would stay here again and would recommend! big and secure feeling locker too.

Nice place for a couple of nights. Beautiful building, comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels, and well maintained bathrooms. The 24-bed mixed dorm could be aired more regularly, it smells a bit of stale sweat. one big suggestion is to have adapters for international travellers - people come with all sorts of plugs and i was surprised they didn’t have international plug points, or adapters at reception. that seems quite a basic thing to provide. Some staff were very friendly.
