Hello everyone! My name is Paula. I am 36 years old and I recently decided to quit my job of 10 years, in search of freedom, self-discovery, lightness, and new friendships. I have opened the doors of 'El Parador' to share good times, together with my cat Tango, and my dog ​​Oliver :)

We are located in the heart of China Town, close to supermarkets, shops and cafes within meters.

At El Parador, Shampoo & Towels are included; also water, tea and coffee to serve yourself anytime.

El Parador Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: 48hs before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
If leaving earlier than days booked, those days are non-refundable.

Payment upon arrival by cash in USD.

Please note that due to severe fluctuations in the Argentine pesos, rates are in USD to avoid any price difference and misunderstandings. If you choose to see the rate in ARS, please beware that it is only referential and at the exchange rate of the day you are booking, which may change by the time you check in. This is why rates are in USD and do not change.

General:

1. All areas are smoke free. We take care of your lungs 😊
2. Keep the lights and air conditioning off when not in use (remember before going to sleep, turn off everything in the common Living Room)
3. Before leaving, close the windows in case of rain.
4. It is not allowed to check in/out other people or open the door to strangers without my authorization.
5. When entering and leaving the Building, make sure to leave the glass door closed tightly.
6. IMPORTANT: The capacity of the elevators is 3 people WITHOUT BAGS. Please respect the capacity, or it may break down on the way.
7. Please take care of my babies. Do not leave the front door open under any circumstances, Tanguito could walk away!!

9. Parties or other guests are not allowed.
10. Mutual respect: It is essential to respect other guests, their belongings and their personal space.
11. For security reasons for everyone, I request a photo of the passport or ID before entry.
12. Cleanliness and order: Keep the room and common areas clean and tidy to create a pleasant environment for everyone.
13. The Building prohibits smoking in the facilities and gardens.
14. Please do not light incense burners, as a precaution against damage or possible fires.
15. Take care of your belongings, the property is not responsible for their care or loss.
16. It is prohibited to enter drunk, drugged or in any state that disturbs the building's neighbors or guests.
17. Be considerate of noise: Respect rest hours and avoid making excessive noise that may disturb other guests.

19. Please take care of the keys, replacing them has a cost of 40 USD, which is the responsibility of the person who gave them to you.
