El Parador Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: 48hs before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
If leaving earlier than days booked, those days are non-refundable.

Payment upon arrival by cash in USD.

Please note that due to severe fluctuations in the Argentine pesos, rates are in USD to avoid any price difference and misunderstandings. If you choose to see the rate in ARS, please beware that it is only referential and at the exchange rate of the day you are booking, which may change by the time you check in. This is why rates are in USD and do not change.

General:

1. This home is smoke free. 😊
2. Keep the lights when not in use.
3. Before leaving, close the windows (in case of rain)
4. It is not allowed to open the door to strangers.
5. IMPORTANT: The capacity of the elevators is 3 people WITHOUT BAGS. Please respect the capacity, or it may break down on the way.
6. Please take care of my babies. Do not leave the front door open under any circumstances, Tanguito could walk away!!
7. It is not allowed to feed the pets, nor walk Olivercito
8. Parties nor other guests are not allowed.
9. Mutual respect: It is essential to respect other guests, their belongings and their personal space.
10. It is prohibited:
a) Enter rooms other than yours
b) Taking other people's belongings such as food from the kitchen.
c) Have sexual relations with other guests inside the house.
11. Be kind to other people 😊 lets all create a nice context together
12. For security reasons , I request a photo of the passport or ID before entry.
13. Keep the room and common areas clean and tidy to create a pleasant environment for everyone. Personal hygiene is mandatory.
14. The Building prohibits smoking in the facilities
15. Take care of your belongings, the house is not responsible for their care or loss.
16. It is prohibited to drink alcohol inside nor enter drunk, drugged or in any state that disturbs the building's neighbors or guests.
17. He who breaks, pays, he who loses, replaces.
18. Please take care of the keys, replacing them has a cost of 40 USD . The key must be returned to the Host personally along with the towels.
