das beste, was das hostel seit meiner letzten reise gemacht hat: - zusätzliche große fläche im aussenbereich - AC auf 25grad durchgehend (zumindest im frauen-dorm), und nicht mehr 21/22. DANKE!! der service ist bemüht und freundlich, leider furchbar schlecht. ein einziger kellner (lucas), versteht seinen job. die anderen rennen wie kopflose hühner vom einen ende zum anderen, nehmen bestellungen erst auf, wenn man schon ewig wartet und drei mal nach ihnen ruft.

Beautiful hostel. I loved it here. It’s directly by the beach so you can chill all day. Some small downsides for me were: drinks and food very expensive, the personnel does not take your order in a timely manner and there is no real parties at night. But still, it is much better to sleep than the Sel… hostel located next to the port ;) so sleep here and party at Sel…

Das Mayan Monkey in Isla Mujeres ist eines der besten Hostels, in denen ich je war. Es ist in sehr schönem Boho Stil und sehr gepflegt. Es verfügt über einen eigenen Strandabschnitt. Das einzige was mich etwas gestört hat war die lange Wartezeit für die Bestellung und Zahlung im Restaurant, es war allerdings auch ein Event an diesem Abend, dass wahrscheinlich dazu beigetragen hat, dass es länger dauerte.
