Not clean. When I arrived at the bed, there was still the sheets from the previous guest. Bathroom half broken. Toilet smelly. Fridge with food sauce inside. The entrance was not indicated (you need to go to last floor) and to open, you need to call the phone number written on the door.

The price in the webpage was wrong, this is not the hostel's fault. The website had to fix this. The rooms with breakfast has a cost of 4000Tenge. The peolpe in the reception are very nice and helpful and always with a smile. The people were most of them local people living there so no hostel atmosphere. Good place! Be carefull at the airport with the taxis. I recommend to take the bus and maybe the taxi later outside the airport.

Nice hostel. Comfortable beds. Good facilities. Well located. Most of the guests are local people living there, so there is no actual "travel atmosphere" in the hostel. The receptionist gives her best to make you feel at home. But it would be helpful if she (or any other member of the staff) were familiar with the local migration regulations, which change quite frecuently in Kazakhstan. Overall, it was a good choice. Would stay there again.
