Overall this hostel was nice. It is essentially a large house with rooms. The lockers don’t really work and the bathroom situation is a little frustrating but it’s an experience I guess. Breakfast was really nice though. I’d stay again - but the overall hostel wasn’t anything amazing

I think I spent 11-nights here & loved every day/night of it! The staff was very friendly & kind. The breakfasts were fantastic with local dishes. I had to leave before breakfast two of the mornings & was sad to eat somewhere else! They have a gate that is closed and locked at night, but someone always answered within seconds of hitting the button. It was clean & comfortable. I loved the proximity to the greenway, Al-Farabi Avenue, & the mountains. Yandex picks up within a couple minutes.
