I was happy at first, but my experience became very disappointing. Someone accidentally took my food and something important that I left in my basket. I reported it immediately, but the staff told me they weren’t going to check the cameras because they were too busy. I find this very upsetting and disappointing, as it feels like nothing is done when something is stolen. The rooms are very dirty, the backyard is full of cockroaches, and there are rats running everywhere.

Loved the stay in the hostel!! Free gym and cinema, lots of cool events, staff cleaning 24/7… Rooms are great, too! Big shoutout to Ona in reception, meeting here alone is worth the stay here!
