Amazing facilities! Everything feels modern, spacious, private and very safe. The key card opens your locker, room and bed area, and every bed has its own A/C. There’s also a laundry room on-site. The night receptionist seemed unmotivated and was often sitting on the couch, making it feel like helping guests was a bother. Bathrooms needed more cleaning (dust around the sinks), and showers need more hooks.

Many things were broken (locks on lockers, the shelf in my capsule, the TV and air conditioner in my friend’s capsule, the food storage lockers, the soap dispensers being ripped off of multiple bathroom walls). Because of all of these things, we didn’t feel safe, and didn’t end up staying.
