Do not stay here if you want to sleep! Incredibly noisy all night, people using washing machines next to sleeping areas at all hours and the doors on the pods constantly opening and slamming shut meant I got no sleep (even with ear plugs!!). WORST of all however was the heat. The pods are extremely stuffy and hot, the AC does not work. One of the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hostel. The pods did not feel secure as could not lock. Will not return. AVOID!

There were not enough bathrooms for the amount of pods and 2/3 in the ground floor were out of service. Cleanliness could also improve a ton. I was charged extra to keep my luggage for a few hours after checkout (I had a couple of hours wait before going to the airport). This is usually a service provided for free by most hostels and I was under the impression it was listed as an included service.

I’ve stayed in probably 30-50+ hostels globally. I think this was by far the fanciest interior & building I’ve stayed in. Given the current 25$/night price it is a must try. It’s almost too nice of a building for a public hostel - old mansion energy. They’re quite new so they are working through some kinks in the booking software & key card access/system. Nothing inconvenient much for me. Beds could be thicker. Full review here: Capsule residence https://share.google/ziKM4EGW27Bu2fNN4
