HI Hyannis ofrece un ambiente encantador y hogareño. Los huéspedes elogian su excelente ubicación, cerca del puerto, los ferries y la calle principal. My stay at HI Hyannis was short but great! The house is super clean, close to the bus/train station, to the beaches and the staff was super friendly! Checkout time was around 10am but I could leave my stuff there, go to the beach and come back to take a shower! Marina even offered me aloe vera gel for the sunburn I got!! :) Happy!

The location is great and the hostel is safe and comfortable. They have added AC since my last stay which is great for the summer however it was quite chilly a couple of nights during my stay and it has to be left on full time. I found staff at check in extremely abrupt. Certainly not the friendly welcome I received in previous years. There was a different lady working the desk the second night and she was absolutely delightful but that was extent of my positive interactions with staff this year
