I was woken up in the middle of the night by anothertraveler from the top bunker, because she felt too hot to sleep in het bed so she claimed the reception to switch her bed to my bed. She claimed it was numbered for her even though there were no numbers in the beds. The locker was broken, the room was crazy hot and the same person caused remarkable extra noice and light also on the previous night. There was no kitchen in the hostel. The room itself wasn't so bad, but our bathroom had a horrible smell from its clogged toilet that had been stuffed with plastic bags along with poop before we even got there. We told the staff down at the reception about it, but they told us to flush it when it only made it even worse. Then later someone knocked on our door telling us "Security, open up" when there were no reason for security to come to our room so we decided not to answer the door at first, but no one was there when we opened.
