I stayed at your hotel on October 30, 2024, and paid a deposit of 20 euros for the kitchen key. I returned the key on the same day, but the deposit has not been refunded to me. I would appreciate it if you could return the deposit to my original account upon seeing this message.Thank you.

The room itself wasn't so bad, but our bathroom had a horrible smell from its clogged toilet that had been stuffed with plastic bags along with poop before we even got there. We told the staff down at the reception about it, but they told us to flush it when it only made it even worse. Then later someone knocked on our door telling us "Security, open up" when there were no reason for security to come to our room so we decided not to answer the door at first, but no one was there when we opened.

I was placed on the 8th floor and it was miserably hot. The windows wouldn’t open, and obviously no fan. Didn’t help that there was no privacy screens for the beds.
