The hostel was really clean and comfortable with nice rooms and good beds! The staff was also amazing and made the stay feel really nice. Especially the one girl with curly hair and star earrings was really helpful and made the stay much better!

Advertised a Parking Garage, yet upon arrival the garage was out of order, so we had to pay 30€ to park 8min away. In addition, there were homeless people outside the front of the building. Once we were checked into our room, the roommates were YELLING past quiet hours and every bed was taken with dirty clothes scattered everywhere. Had to be switched rooms. After switching, our new rooms shower drain was completely clogged, making it impossible to relax after dealing with all the stress.

Location was fantastic, Beds were very clean and felt very private even without curtains. Only small issue was staff took awhile to attend to us during checkin and checkout and explain the system to us. They were still very friendly however, and helped when needed. Laundry facility also a slight issue, as the dryer said it was only for 40 minutes, however ended up being in there for 78 minutes because it was glitchy, and the laundry was still damp after
