Felt a little bit like checking into a homeless centre if I’m honest. The only hostel in Ireland in 2 weeks where you have to go to reception to collect your sheets. Some people in the dorm didn’t even know this and just slept with no linen at all. The single toilet in the room didn’t flush, the shower smelt bad. Also the communal kitchen was pretty tiny compared to the amount of people there.

Abigails Hostel says

I think we've got an unbeatable location in Temple Bar, overlooking the Liffey. This is a converted hotel, so families and older guests feel at home, too. Plus we've got a bright, open-plan communal area-great for socialising, web surfing, watching movies… For fun we have a free walking tour every morning and a pub crawl from the hostel every evening. We've got fresh fruit and eggs at breakfast, too. We're quite close to Trinity College and Dublin Castle, but my favourite place to recommend is the Guinness Brewery. Lynda, General Manager
