Stay at Garden Lane Backpackers for an amazing experience! Our hostel is comfy, clean and right in the middle of everything fun. Guests love how tidy and cosy our place is. We're in Dublin 8, near the famous Guinness Brewery and other cool places like Temple Bar, Christ Church and Grafton Street. You can walk there in less than 12 minutes!

We have a great kitchen that connects to a rooftop terrace where you can see Dublin's skyline. It's perfect for cooking, hanging out with other guests, listening to music and watching the sunset. And if it's raining, don't worry! We have a Cinema Room you can use anytime.

Our team knows all the best spots in town and they're excited to share them with you. They can suggest places to go that are away from the usual tourist spots. REGARDING CHECK-IN: IMPORTANT INFO
• Valid Passport (Non-EU citizens) or ID/Driver's Licence (EU citizens) is required from all guests to complete the check-in procedure. Guests also need to show a debit/credit card under their name upon arrival.
• Age Restrictions: By Irish Regulations guests between 8 and 17 years old are allowed when they are accompanied by an adult parent/guardian; They can't share rooms with other guests outside of their party, and kids under 8 years old can't be hosted in any circumstances, even in private rooms.
• If the booking payment was made by credit/debit card, the guest is required to show it upon check-in.
• Reception is open from 10 AM to 6 PM: Check-in time starts at 3 PM & Check-out time is maximum at 11 AM.
• €10 charge for each lost/damaged key. Make sure to return all of them by 11 AM on your check-out day.
• Groups of 4 guests or more, a security deposit of €30 per person in one card transaction only is required.
• Groups of 8 guests or more, the deposit needs to be paid by card, and a payment link will be sent to your email address to be paid up to 1 week after the reservation is booked; The deposit will be held until the check-out date; it will be non-refundable in case of a cancellation or a modification that reduces the original group size more than 50% within 1 month before the check-in date.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS:
• Free Cancellation Rate: The amount of the first night for each guest will be charged 1 day before arrival.
• Non-Refundable Rate: The total amount will be charged anytime after the reservation is made and is non-refundable in case of modifications, no-shows or cancellation.
• Bear in mind that we have a free cancellation policy up to 24h before the check-in date. After that period the reservation will be normally charged (not refundable). All Taxes are included.

GENERAL:
• Car park is available for €12 a day & €6 half-day (pre-booking is needed).
• Smoking inside the property will result in a €250 cleaning fee (there's a smoking area on the 3rd floor)
• Senior guests are welcome to stay but bear in mind classical hostel features such as climbing to a top bunk bed. If you are not comfortable with that or not aware of any other features, we kindly ask you to contact the property.

IMPORTANT:
• People under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances may be refused entry to the Hostel.
• Management has the right to refuse admission.
• Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Note that the reception closes at 6 PM and therefore your estimated time of arrival is requested for a late self-check-in to be arranged.
