We’re located in one of the best areas in Chiang Mai — just a short walk to the lively Saturday Night Market, the famous Sunday Night Market, and right next to a bustling local market with some of the tastiest street food in town — real local flavors you won’t find in tourist spots! 🌶️🍜
And the best part? Our home is peaceful and quiet at night, perfect for getting a good night’s sleep after a full day of exploring, eating, and adventuring around Chiang Mai. 😴🌙
We also have night security staff on duty, so you can feel safe and fully relaxed during your stay.

1. Check-in Time: 13:00 – 18:00 | Check-out Time: 11:30
Please note that reception is open from 07:30 to 20:00. The latest check-in time is 18:00.
However, if you need to arrange a check-in outside of these hours, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
2. Payment: Cash only upon check-in at the property.
3. Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 3 days’ advance notice is required for free cancellation.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
