Great hostel. Being small gives it lovely atmosphere. Staff are excellent. Always there for local advice. They really helped me out. I stopped there at the start and finish of my trip. They kept the reception open for me as i was arriving late. They booked a taxi for me to the airport and let me store my bicycle box in their garage whilst i was on my cycle trip. Best hostel I've ever stayed at.

The staff is kind and super helpful. The only thing I have noticed is that the place seems to be difficult to be find by the local taxi drivers. Which can contribute to the amount of the taxi money going up. They end up driving "in circles" before eventually finding the location which can also be nerve wrecking for the customer as well.

My stay at Crossroads was perfect once I got there. Do take their advice from the airport bus to the city bus and don’t walk like I did. It’s not far, but pretty steep and not fun with a backpack. That being said, I lived through it and had great views of the city every evening. Full kitchen, markets close by to buy food and cook if you want. There was a hairdryer for the ladies, which is super helpful. The staff was amazing and will help with anything you might need. Enjoy your time there

Great value for money, location is not too far from city center, but is on the hill. As it is on the hill the view from terrace was beautiful, and it is really close to the wall where you can sit and enjoy the sunset over the city.

Apart from being located on a steep hill, this hostel is simply amazing. Not too big, with plenty of space, great atmosphere and comfy beds. It's only a short walk to the centre. The staff were all very nice. They also have a washing machine which can really come in handy. It's not a party hostel, which to me was a plus.

The staff at Crossroads is very friendly. The hostel has a homey feeling and there’s a lot of outdoor seating. It’s next to Trigonion Tower and there’s a good view from the ruins of the city wall a few steps away. It’s close to the bus stop so you can quickly get to the sea side area. The hostel is uphill as others noted but I didn’t mind it. The front door was always locked when no one was at the desk and the lockers are free. My only complaint is that the shower could have been a bit cleaner.

The rooms in this hostel are really nice and it is located next to the city walls which is a great place to watch the sunset. I think it’s a little too far from the centre if you are planing on doing day trips to other parts of Greece. The bathrooms could be a little cleaner.

Probably the worst hostel experience I’ve had. The main door to the street was left wide open all night and the doors to the rooms couldn’t be locked so security was zero. People were smoking in the room and standing at the kitchen door to the outside so the kitchen and seating area was filled with smoke. I told the woman and she pretended not to understand me although she understood me when I was checking in and paying. Luckily I was only there for one night but I couldn’t leave my luggage .
