Great stay! Had to come back for another night. Staff was very helpful and let us check in early when we came back early from hiking fansipan. Breakfast is very good- coffee is an extra charge, however. Fantastic location with great Mountain Views and great hangout spots

The girls at the reception are really kind and helpfull. Thank you gurls. The breakfast is basic without cafe i guess would be better to gave cafe than having many comments about not having 😃but for me was not a big deal. There are big lockers and curtains on the beds😉 they let you to leave your bag when you go on a 2days hike. Thx for all.

Good atmosphere, roof terrace looking out to the mountains. Good value for money and staff are friendly and helpful. Motorbike rental is $5USD a day. Free breakfast options are limited but fine. I had a veggie burger for dinner one night and it was pretty good value. I'd stay here again

    Fabulous

Stayed 4 nights in a mixed dorm, met some pretty social ppl & ended up doing a trek w them which was lovely :) The common room area is lacking in atmosphere. Standard breakfast. Not the best in terms of security (no access card) but great location in Sapa Town. The mattress was hard but the duvet was comfy - room gets cold at night and shower is ok. Provides lockers for dirty shoes & slippers which is a nice touch. Provided a map which was useful and organises tours and transport.

Nice hostel up in the mountains, would have had a lovely view if weather had been clearer. Bring jumpers as it’s very cold in the hostel!

Staff were friendly, they booked our bus and gave us breakfast to takeaway. The room smelt so badly of damp and the doors don’t lock. They do provide lockers but my bag didn’t fit inside. You aren’t allowed to wear shoes so they give you slippers but it’s so cold so I wanted to wear my shoes.
