Staff and location will be hard to beat. It’s clean and good facilities especially for how cheap it is.

Lovely atmosphere, great staff. Great price when you look at the cost of other places in the area. Would highly recommend to anybody who is comfortable with the usual shared sleeping space style of hostel. Nice for couples (and singles too) to have wooden tents placed over your mattress for a bit of privacy. Hasn’t diminished the social feel of the hostel.

This hostel's special, it's more like staying with welcoming friends! Marina (not Russian, haha) and the others are very friendly and helpful. Cosy atmosphere with tea/coffee, bfast, books, guitar, ukulele, places to chill, decent facilities. The dorm is a bunch of mattresses in an attic, which reminds me of a sleep-over with friends and makes it a much more social, relaxed atmosphere. Had fun playing with the kids and enjoying the laid back vibe of Cameron Highlands!

We LOVED our stay here!! It’s in a great location, lots of shops and food around and easy access to hiking spots/main attractions. The staff were a dream, super helpful and so so friendly. The chilled out vibe of the hostel really made for a nice relaxed stay. The laundry was super cheap! The free tea and coffee all day was an added bonus. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Cameron Highlands.

Lovely hostel, nicest hostel I've been to in Malaysia! The family are super welcoming, and love chat - they have plenty of recommendations if you plan to hike any of the trails. Really sociable and friendly hostel. Refreshing to have normal beds vs bunk beds in the dorm, and they come with mosquito nets. Plenty of space to relax in the common area. Free tea and coffee all day, plus near some great restaurants and a 7 Eleven for snacks. Loved it!

I love this hostel! The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly, and helped me to plan my trip. It's so clean, the beds are comfortable and breakfast is great. My first night, the atmosphere was kind of quiet, but by the second night everyone there was friends. Definitely recommend Hikers Sleep Port

Less than 5 mins walk from the bus terminal, this is more like a home stay than a hostel, because it's run by a family and they were SO sweet and welcoming, and the kids were adorable. I was a bit unsure when I saw that the dorm had mattresses on the floor rather than bunks, but it actually made it really sociable and I made friends with people quickly. There isn't air conditioning but it's cool in Cameron Highlands anyway. I would have stayed an extra night but it was full.

Nice little hostel. Family who run it are lovely and very helpful with recommendations. Quite rustic - beds are on the floor, rooms are large with many beds inside, but its quite lovely that way. The bathroom is clean and theres an amazing view from the open air bathroom. The top floors of this hostel are quite open to the elements (from my bed the roof was open so could hear the birds and rain). Cons - noise. open-bedroom= you can hear everything.
