Me and my sister spent the weekend there and we were very satisfied with our room (shared 12 female bedroom). Conveniently close to everything we visited and the bus station, we would definitely stay there again! Also, the staff was very helpful!

I was surprised at how well kept St Christopher’s was considering the great low price. I highly recommend this hostel, has great facilities, clean and organized dorms with an en suite all female dorm. It’s in a nice location close to the airport bus.

This hostel was just what I wanted: super close to the train station and very good value. At the moment (summer 2020) there are reduced facilities but the toilets etc were all clean and I had everything I needed.

    Very Good

    26 Feb 2020
Staff were very nice and accommodating. Lift was broken so had to carry my 23 kg bag up to level 4😣. Room was okay except I think it was close to a laundry room or something because there were people coming in and out all night and it was so loud. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. But overall great location and good value. Would probably stay there again if in Edinburgh.

    Very Good

    14 Mar 2020
The accommodation is basic, the rooms are as described with bunk beds, and sufficient as a place to sleep. The facilities are a bit of a let down with several areas requiring fixing with the toilets, showers and sinks. Security was good for the rooms, and would be good for the building if the key coded doors were not frequently left open. This also led to the fire alarm going off repeatedly from 0600 onwards, leading to exceptionally disrupted sleep and cutting my stay short.
