En-suite shower didn't work so we used the communal showers which were clean and easy to use. No issues really, great value, will be back!

Nice hostel with great location a street away from the Old Town and the train station. The staff was very welcoming as well. I had to change room as the window was leaking due to heavy rain but I am sure this was an isolated event and my new room was nice anyway. It seems very safe as well although I was completely alone in my dorm due to covid restrictions. I recommend this place! 😊

The staff were great and we got our room upgraded to one double the size. There weren't many other people around which was perfect for us and the common areas were clean the whole time. They also offer a discount for the bar next door which had a really nice vibe and also had great staff. The location was great - really near parks, shops, bars, landmarks, and restaurants.

Room much much smaller than what the pictures were showing, it was cute in how they decorated it but still extremely small. There was only a 30cm space to access the bed only one side. The services on the website say "luggage storage" if you want to leave your luggage there but it doesn't say you have to pay for it, only in cash and the reception can't give you coins. Planning on spending few nights in Edinburgh on our way back, and definitively won't stay here.

It's the worse the hostel i went in to it. It's dirty, bathroom and room. The staff is rude as i never seen b4, you hear different speech. The lift doesn't properly. I was in my room sleeping, 3 members of staff turned up in my room without my approval and without knocking at the door! The beds are horrible if I knew I would have paid for this quality, I would have slept on the floor. I didn't feel safe at all. The localisation is good but still is not worthy. I don't recommend it AT ALL!
