What a lovely hostel! The staff were so welcoming and the guests were very sociable! I have loved my stay here so much. The staff are very knowledgeable about the area and the recommendations for food were incredible. Thank you for a great stay! I will be coming back for sure!

Absolutely nothing bad to say about this hostel! Amazing staff, great atmosphere (both chill/ party mood), very clean, solid aircon, nice shared spaces, very good value for money, location right next to chinatown, night markets and bar street (Changkat)! Met some amazing people, staff is super friendly and helpful :) Only thing missing is a kitchen but they have hot drinks, cutlery, plates and a microwave so you can still prepare some simple food. Gonna miss you guys!!

Stayed extra nights just for the people. They were so kind and open and fun- stuff and guests together so it’s great for solo travelers. I had a dorm bunk which was a bunk bed in an enclosed room separated by a curtain: very private even while next to a common space on the dorm floor (separate from the chill space upstairs by the desks). Come here they’re great!!

Tip. Book for sure the 22 beds. Its actually 2 beds per room and the toilets are in the same floor (the basement). Otherwise its tiring the ups and downs with the stairs. And now the big complaint. When i checked in late in the night, the staff guy said nothing about the hostel. e. g The door of the room is opened with the key in the opposite when its locked from inside. This led to a misunderstanding with a staff member and made me feel bad. All in all go for it, it is money value.

The hostel itself is in a good location for Bukit Bintang shopping district. I had a private room to recover from an illness, the beds were not comfy, the pillows where lumpy, you were allowed food in your room but drinks are not permitted, apart from water. All in all it was an okay hostel, good for me recovering because it was cheap for a private room. Nothing bad but just uncomfortable, (Might be due to illness)

Advertise and take payment for 4 bed dorms but don't offer so myself and my two friends (all female) were told we could go in 2 two bed rooms one of which would mean one of us would be with a stranger (a man) in a very small, windowless room. Staff member was able to move one of us into a large room and was helpful with this. Writing this to warn future guests who may be unaware or unhappy with such a situation.

I reserved a 4 person room and was put in 2 person room with one guy (in his underwear) which I didn't feel comfortable with though no issues ensued. No AC in the bedroom only a small opening in the ceiling to let AC in from the hallway, it was hot. Bed sagging but comfortable. Staff upon arrival seemed unmotivated to assist and tired. offer of place to lock my valuables and they were out of clean towels in the am. Overall a very low budget place, ok for a night to sleep.

Open drain at front entrance where they have benches for socialising, but it sticks and has rats. The bins in the kitchen only seem to be emptied in the morning and could really do with being emptied more often as they smell. The kitchen area in general only seemed to be cleaned once a day, and it was always at 9/10am when people were having breakfast/coffee so they'd be sweeping and mopping around you. Would make more sense to get this done earlier before guests start to wake up.
