Great little place in a prime location! Nice staff and chill vibes -- definitely not a party hostel. My only real complaint: omg is the kitchen ever filthy! I didn't want to cook food at all (or eat breakfast).

Stayed here in a standard private room for 3 nights with my partner (2 stays, 2 different rooms). Decent location, not a bad breakfast, was clean, did the job. Comments for hostel - beds are really springy and quite uncomfortable/noisy, and blinds on curtains have big gaps down the side allowing light to stream in and creating a privacy issue. One guy on the front desk was great, the other was pretty bad and rude (on phone ignoring us, sighing when asked questions)

We stayed in a twin private room for two nights. The room was clean on arrival and very spacious. The bathroom was spacious and clean and the shower had good water pressure. Good social aspect as everyone locates in the terrace to drink and meet before heading out for the night but not a crazy party hostel We found it a little loud at night, doors shutting from the bottom floor etc would echo up the stairs and we could hear it. Would definately recommend.

Let me start by saying that in my research, this hostel received really high marks and was positioned as a great hostel for solo travels. I would disagree. I would not give this hostel bad marks by any means, it's clean, quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. Where it missed is on the social aspects and on the amenities. The hostel doesn't have much to offer and does not make it a social place. It's quiet by 10pm. Not the most social place so try somewhere else if you want to meet people.

The staff was super friendly, and the Lucha Libre outing was super fun. Breakfast was simple but lovely, and the multiple lounge areas are nice, although don't create a main space to hang out and meet people. We got a private triple room and it was rather shabby. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and it was very much no frills. The bathroom was dingy, the flush only sometimes worked, the shower water took a LONG time to get warm.
