About

We are a cosy backpacker hostel on the Penthouse (4th Floor, NO elevator) of a historic building, in the center of Mexico City.

We are a small, independent, locally run hostel, built with care and shaped by the people who live and work here. We focus on community, genuine connections, and learning through shared experiences, encouraging a deeper, more honest understanding of Mexico and Latin America. From backpackers to backpackers.

All the downtown hot spots are within walking distance and you can grab public transportation a few blocks from here to get to any other place of interest, museums, parks, entertainment. We're right in front of the Police Museum, and you won't go more than a few minutes before finding delicious street food, local bars and restaurants and some more upscale options. Ask us about our favorite vegan and vegetarian places ;)

2 Kitchens: A big spacious kitchen & a vegetarians only kitchen!
FREE COMPLEMENTARY (SMALL) vegetarian breakfast every morning 8:30am-09:30am; we love our guests and we want you to have an amazing start to the day - we offer a small complementary breakfast up on our beautiful terrace!
Don't forget to check out our pop up bar as well as activities during the week!

fine hostel for the money. very "homey" feeling! staff was kind, however when we checked in we asked if it was possible to store luggage for 2 days (as we would take a short trip to Puebla) the girl at reception said yes no problem, but when we checked out, another girl in the reception told us we had to pay 200 pesos for storage. that kind of ruined the experience and we found that very unflattering behavior..
