Payments: We will charge the total amount of the reservation 48 hours before the arrival day. If your card is not valid and is not updated within 24 hours, we will automatically cancel the reservation.

Cancellations: Free until 48 hours before the arrival day. In the case of a No Show or late cancellation, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Credit Card Fraud: We will carry out credit card pre-authorizations from the moment we receive your reservation, where the amount corresponding to your first night will be charged and automatically returned. Please note that bank transactions may take some time, and the refund may be delayed by a few days. If your card is not valid for pre-authorization and is not updated within 24 hours, we will automatically cancel the reservation.

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Check-out before 12:00 PM.

Right of admission reserved.

Our establishment has bunk beds and raised beds in some of its rooms. This circumstance should be taken into account during the stay, as well as the potential risks it may entail. By staying here, the customer accepts this, thus waiving any action against The Hat Madrid in case of an accident.

Towels can be rented at the reception for 3€.

We offer free luggage storage before check-in.
At check-out, it's free until 2:00 PM, after which it costs 3€ per customer. If you need additional days, we offer a price of 9€ per day per piece of luggage. Please ensure your belongings are labeled and have a numbered receipt for each piece of luggage you leave with us.

There is no curfew.

For groups, we will do our best to accommodate everyone in the same rooms, but it's not always possible.
However, we do not accept bookings for more than 8 people. Reservations for more than 8 people will be automatically canceled without a refund of the deposit paid to HostelWorld at the time of booking.

In addition to a 24-hour check-in service, The Hat also provides free activities and an assistant to guide you so that you don't miss out on any details of the city's vibrant nightlife.

The attic houses one of Madrid's best rooftop bars. A place to watch Madrid's best sunset with a good glass of wine in hand.
And all of this while showing the utmost respect for the environment, as The Hat is the city's first hotel establishment to use Biomass as an energy source.
